Story time while I wait for the oven to preheat :)
So I guess my pizza obsession started with my brother (just like most things, because he’s the best person ever and I wanted to be just like him when I was little). Every single day after school when he was in junior high he would come home and eat pizza, and I would sit at the table (I was about 4 or 5 years old) and eat a slice with him while he did his homework. It was my favorite time of day because I got to hang out with my big brother even if we weren’t really interacting. He always told me that pizza was the best. One day I told my mom that I was never going to eat anything else again because pizza was the best thing ever. At first she didn’t believe me, but I stuck to it and would not eat anything that wasn’t pizza. She eventually had to go to Trader Joes and buy healthy pizzas, because I didn’t care about what was on it, as long as I was eating pizza. I ate cheese pizzas, supreme pizzas, Spinach pizzas, pepperoni, pretty much any combo you could think of, for about 2 months before I decided to start eating normally again.
Basically I’ve been obsessed with pizza since I was 4 years old and I still somehow haven’t gotten tired of it. (neither has my brother, that’s all we eat at his house, my sister in law thinks we’re freaks)
